Seminar to discuss federal and state historic preservation tax credits on Nov. 13
Attention owners of historic properties, planning professionals, members of historic, design review, & downtown revitalization boards! South Carolina Department of Archives & History will host a seminar and workshop offering an overview of federal & state Historic Preservation Tax Credits.
The seminar will be held on Wednesday, Nov.13, in St. John’s Parish Hall from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. A box lunch is included. Take home resource materials will be provided.
This seminar provides CEU credit for city/county planners and other professionals.

The cost is $15 per person and includes all materials, box lunch, plus Certificate of Completion Pay at door with cash or check payable to Historic Florence Foundation.
