Friendship 4-H Club to hold Meet & Greet on March 4

The Florence Friendship 4-H Club will hold a Meet and Greet on Tuesday, March 4, at 5:30 p.m. at the Clemson University Cooperative Extension Service of Florence County located at the Florence County Public Services Building, 2685 South Irby Street, Suite K. 
The purpose of the meeting is to attract new members from 9-19 years of age. The admission is free and refreshments will be served. Parents are invited to attend with their children.
The club normally meets the first Tuesday of each month at 5:30 p.m. at Florence County Extension Office. Club members are encouraged to participate in club projects in addition to community service projects as well as fun activities.
4-H provides club members with a hands-on learning experience in a safe and secure environment. Personal and professional development opportunities are made available to members on the county, regional, state and national levels.

Membership in 4-H is offered to all youth, ages 5-19, on an age-appropriate basis, without regard to race, color, sex, religion, national origin, disability, political beliefs, sexual orientation, marital or family status.
