4/16/2014 2:05:00 PM Library to present
The Florence County Library System is teaming up with Ronald McDonald on Wednesday, April 23, to celebrate reading. Ronald McDonald does an excellent program promoting the importance of reading and using the public library. He uses magic and comedy to make the program very interactive. The Ronald McDonald program will be held in the Joseph T. Stukes Meeting Room at the Drs. Bruce and Lee Foundation Library at 3:30 on April 23, for ages 3-11. During this program, the Florence County Library System will also present the Read to Ride winners with their bikes. This program is sponsored by McDonald’s. The Lake City Public Library will also have a Ronald McDonald program in their community room at 10 a.m. on April 23, for ages 3-11. For more information about this and other children’s programs, contact the Greenberg Children’s Library at 292-7382 or visit www.florencelibrary.org.
