Royals Pitcher Ali Williams To Host Baseball Skills Clinic
Hartsville, SC – Ali Williams, pitcher in the Kansas City Royals system, is hosting a baseball skills clinic Saturday, December 20 from 1-3pm at Byerly Park. Ali and his teammates are bringing their talents to Darlington County to help develop the baseball skills of players ages 8 to 18. Ali is well-qualified to instruct players on proper pitching forms and techniques; he boasts a 97 mph fastball, as well as excellent stats in the Arizona Fall League. Ali will be joined by USC standout pitcher Matt Price, now affiliated with the Baltimore Orioles. Both Matt and Ali have found great success with their pitching techniques, and they are excited to pass their knowledge and skill to Darlington County’s developing players. Ali and Matt will be accompanied by other Kansas City Royals players that will serve to round out the clinic with batting and fielding instruction.
