FLORENCE AFTER FIVE: Cat5 Band set to storm downtown stage
The Cat5 Band will bring their high energy entertainment to the stage Aug. 27 for “Florence After 5,” the popular monthly concert series in Downtown Florence.
“Florence After 5” is held the last Friday of each month on the 100 block of South Dargan Street between Evans and Cheves streets. Events run from 5:30 until 8:30 p.m. and the band takes the stage at 6 p.m.
Food and beverages are available at the event. All food and beverage sales are made via tickets, which can be purchased at our ticket booth located near the Florence County Museum. Tickets are $1 each. Both cash and cards are accepted.
Parking for Florence After 5 is available in the City of Florence Parking Garage accessed via 150 South Irby Street or in any of the available on-street spaces on West Evans and North Dargan streets, the S.C. DHEC parking lot, or the Business Technology Center parking lot.
A band that can cover it all, Cat5 goes right to the heart of the party. The band features four lead vocalists and more instruments that you can shake a tail at. Cat5 covers all your favorites from today (Pink/ Bruno Mars/Meghan Trainor/ Eric Church) to classic rock and country (Heart/Charlie.aniels/Journey/Johnny Cash). Cat5 can rock you like a hurricane and get you two-steppin’ to a Devil Went Down to Georgia fiddle-jam all in the same night.
