CB Anderson honored as Citizen of the year

The Florence Elks Lodge #1020 recognized “Citizen of the Year” Corbett “CB” Anderson on April 27. “CB” was chosen because of his tireless hours spent volunteering as executive director for the Veterans Resource Center located at Lighthouse Ministries.

The mission of the Veterans Resource Center of Florence is to be a one-stop location and referral source of information for Pee Dee area veterans. It assists qualifying veterans with supplies and financial assistance to help those who are experiencing financial difficulties return to financial stability.
