Florence County Library to host Second Annual Teen Doctor Who Party

The Florence County Library will host its Second Annual Teen Doctor Who Party on Friday, Sept. 23, from 2-4.  Teens can make duct tape bow ties, play pin the face on Cassandra, vote for their favorite companion, and answer Doctor Who trivia.  Costumes are welcome.  The event is free and open to all 6th through 12th graders.  Light refreshments will be provided.
