Legal workshops to be held at Florence Library
A pair of legal workshops are scheduled to take place at the Doctor’s Bruce and Lee Foundation Library during the coming weeks.
The library will partner with South Carolina Legal Services to present a program about paternity and child support on Thursday, July 18 at 6:30 p.m.
The program will cover the rights of fathers, how to request visitation, ways to resolve back due child support, and when parents may be eligible to request modification of child support due.
The library will again partner with South Carolina Legal Services to present a workshop titled, “Special Education Law: Know Your Rights,” on Tuesday, Aug. 6 at 6:30 p.m.
The library is located at 509 S. Dargan Street.
